CHAIRS LIMITED was founded in 1989 with the idea that high quality ergonomic chairs could, and should be produced locally, to give the client the opportunity for customizing the fit of the chair to his or her body type.

18 years later, and this has never been more true. Ever increasing attention is paid to ergonomics in the workplace, and just how workers interact with their workstation or job task.  More often, we are seeing ergonomic assessments conducted on employees before they start their jobs. We work tirelessly with Physiotherapists, Ergonomists,, Kinesiologists, Chiropractors and Occupational Health Committees to ensure employees are as safe as possible in their work environment.

We work with Insurance Companies and our provincial Workman’s Compensation Boards, to assist workers in getting back to work after an accident, or other incident that may prevent the employee from fulfilling the terms of their employment.

We believe the chair is the starting point in evaluating a clients work area, but it doesn’t end there. Other considerations include mousing applications to combat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Flat Panel Monitor Mounting Systems, Keyboard Arms and Trays, Footrests, Adjustable Height Work Stations are just a few of the solutions we are able to provide.
