WARRANTY

CHAIRS LIMITED hereby warrants all of it's office chairs against defects and functional failure of materials for a period of five years from the date of purchase, based on 8 hours per day usage. This warranty shall apply to all pneumatic lifts, moving metal parts, all bases, structural portion of all seats, backs and all arms. Note that our fabrics carry a 1 year warranty for defects from date of purchase.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

CHAIRS LIMITED will repair or replace any product or materials covered by this warranty found to be defective of inferior within the warranty period. Product or material for which claim has been made must be available for inspection by CHAIRS LIMITED staff.

LIMIT OF WARRANTY

This manufacturer's warranty shall be valid only during the terms of this warranty, and while the products herein warranted are in the possession of the original purchaser. The original purchaser shall mean the party which first purchased the products for it's own use.
